What is your return policy for technical apparel?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on load-bearing climbing equipment unless faulty.
How do I care for my Mont down jacket or sleeping bag?
To maintain loft and performance, we recommend using a specialized down wash. Machine wash on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls to break up down clumps until completely dry.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Mont Adventure Equipment ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the parcel.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Mont branded products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
